How to book

Once you have decided which village or villages you wish to stay in use the "make a booking" link next to the accommodation option or other activity you wish to book.
We will issue you with an invoice for each booking within 2 business day.
A 30% deposit is required immediately to confirm the booking and final payment is due by the 1st November or immedeiately if bookings are made after that date.

 

 

Booking Conditions

In these Conditions "We", "Our" and "Us" refer to Dolomiti.com.au Pty Ltd ACN 133 285 122 and "You" and "Your" refers to the client making the booking and all members of the Party.
Booking:
All bookings should be made using the booking form for the service you wish to book. Indicative pricing is available on our website. Once a booking or bookings have been made we will invoice you for the services booked within 2 business days. The booking is only confirmed upon receipt of the deposit.
Deposit:
An immediate deposit of 30% of your invoice amount is required to confirm your booking. All amounts are shown in Australian dollars unless specified.
Balance:
All balances must be paid by 01 November or the date specified on your invoice. Bookings made after 1 November will generally require full payment at the time of booking. A booking may be cancelled automatically if payment is not received by the due date. Note that exchange rates can fluctuate and that the booking price is subject to change until full payment for your invoice(s) is received.
Payment options:
Direct deposit -Dolomiti.com.au banking details are on the bottom of the invoice. You must include your invoice number and booking name on any direct deposit. Failure to correctly identify your payment will delay our ability to recognise it & lead to delays in processing.
Cheque - Cheques should be made out to dolomiti.com.au pty ltd. Please allow 5 business days for funds to be cleared.
Credit Card - payment can be made by phone to our Australian or Italian office. We accept Visa and MasterCard only. We charge the following surcharges on credit cards:
1.5% surcharge - Visa & MasterCard
Cancellation:
Cancellations made more than 90 days before the start of your accommodation booking will incur an administration fee of $200 per invoice.
Cancellations made between 90 and 60 days prior to the start of your accommodation with incur a cancellation penalty of 50% of the invoiced amount.
Cancellations made less than 60 days before the start of your accommodation booking will incur a cancellation penalty of 100% of the invoiced amount.
Insurance:
You are strongly advised to take out travel insurance at the time of booking to cover cancellation charges, personal accidents, loss or damage to luggage, medical expenses, evacuation and personal liability. You should make sure that the insurance has a specific snow and ice sports coverage.
Amendments:
Any amendments to a booking will incur a $50 administration fee per invoice. Amendments can only be made subject to the availability of the required services. Amendments that involve the cancellation of all or part of a booking will be subject to the cancellation conditions for the part cancelled.
Liability:
Dolomiti.com.au Pty Ltd act only as agents for contractors who provide the services described in our web site and other advertising material. We do not accept any liability in connection with such services or for any loss, injury or damage to or in respect of any person or property regardless of whether the identify of the contractor is disclosed or not.
Any liability which We might otherwise have to You or to any person claiming through You is excluded or limited to the full extent allowed by Law. Notwithstanding any degree of fault on Our part Our maximum liability to You and to any person claiming through You in respect of any services provided by Us will be:
To supply the services again; or
To reimburse the amount paid by You for the services; or
Pay the cost of having the services provided again.
You indemnify Us regardless of any degree of fault on Our part to the full extent allowed by Law from any claims which might be made against Us by You or by any third party arising out of or in connection with the services provided to You by Us. The general exclusions and limitations of liability and indemnities given by You will not be limited in any way by the other provisions of this agreement except and to the extent of their express terms.
Snow condtions:
Ski fields provide snow reports at regular intervals. It should be understood that We cannot under any circumstances be held responsible for snow conditions.
Privacy:
Dolomiti.com.au Pty Ltd collects information about You in order to make Your booking. You agree, subject to Our obligations under the privacy legislation of Australia that We may disclose personal information to any person or organization for the purpose of providing the service to you.
